Liam Huffee

Liam is a specialist recruiter focused on the children's residential and social care sector, with a strong understanding of the people, roles and challenges involved in running care services.

Liam’s expertise are in working closely with providers to identify experienced and suitable candidates for key positions. The approach is straightforward: believes recruitment should be about more than simply filling a vacancy. At Huff, we focus on building long-term relationships with providers and candidates rather than treating recruitment as a transactional process.

Huff Recruitment was created to provide a more personal and specialist alternative to large generalist recruitment agencies. We have built a business where clients have direct access to the person handling their vacancies, candidates are properly understood and vetted before being introduced, and recruitment is defined by quality rather than volume.
